ClutterSlayer is an AI-powered inventory management app that helps users organize and track their belongings.

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription

4.1 The App offers an auto-renewable annual subscription.

4.2 The subscription provides unlimited use of AI object recognition and advanced features.

4.3 Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

4.4 The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.5 You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Account Settings on the App Store.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.clutterslayer.app/privacy.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the App or help anyone else do so.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

11.3 You should review AI-generated content before relying on it.

11.4 We do not store your images on our servers or share them with third parties beyond what's necessary for the AI processing.
